Refund Policy

All sales are final

All sales of MudCrab Labs software are final. Because our products are digital and license keys are delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds as a matter of course.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that: the product is digital; delivery occurs immediately at the point of license key issuance; you have had the opportunity to review the product description, FAQ, and these policies before purchase; and you accept that the sale is final.

Non-refundable circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:

The license key has been accessed, activated, or used in any way.

You changed your mind, found a cheaper alternative, or no longer want the product.

The product did not work with a specific game, anti-cheat, or software version. We do not guarantee compatibility with any specific third-party system.

You received a ban, suspension, or account termination from any game, platform, or service as a result of using our software.

Your license was suspended or revoked for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

You claim the purchase was unauthorised after the license has already been used.

Insufficient time has passed to exhaust our support process.

You are requesting a refund more than 48 hours after purchase.

Limited refund eligibility

A refund may be considered only in the following narrow circumstances:

Duplicate charge: you were charged twice for the same order due to a payment processing error, and neither license key was activated.

Non-delivery: you paid successfully but no license key was delivered and our support team cannot resolve this within a reasonable time.

Product does not function as described: the software does not perform its core advertised functions on a supported operating system and configuration, all support options have been exhausted, and your support request was submitted within 48 hours of purchase.

Legally required refund: applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction mandates a refund right that cannot be waived.

All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered except where required by law.

How to request a refund

Email support@mudcrab.co or hello@mudcrab.co with: your order number, the email address used at checkout, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or error messages.

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us and allowing us a reasonable opportunity to resolve your issue, we reserve the right to: permanently ban your account, revoke all associated licenses, and dispute the chargeback with supporting evidence including delivery confirmation and usage logs.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant fraud prevention services.
