Agreement
This End-User License Agreement ('EULA') is a legal agreement between you and MudCrab Labs governing your use of any software product purchased from us. By installing, activating, or using the software, you agree to be bound by this EULA, together with our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.
Grant of license
Subject to this EULA and your compliance with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, MudCrab Labs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the software on the number of devices specified for your license tier, solely for your personal lawful use.
Your license is tied to your account and the hardware registered at activation. It may not be transferred to another person or device without our express written consent.
License scope and restrictions
Your license permits installation on the permitted number of devices only. Installing or running the software on additional devices, or sharing your license key, is a breach of this EULA.
You may not: copy, distribute, publish, sublicense, sell, rent, or lease the software; modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the software; decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the software, except to the extent this restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law; remove or alter any proprietary, copyright, or trademark notice; use the software to build a competing product; or use automated tools to extract data or functionality from the software.
License term and access
Your license is either a fixed-term subscription (access for the period selected at purchase, for example 30 days) or a one-time lifetime license that does not expire. The term applicable to your purchase is shown at checkout and on your dashboard.
Subscriptions do not automatically renew, and no recurring charge is stored or taken. When a subscription term ends, your right to use the software ends until you purchase a new term. Where the product supports it, you may pause a fixed-term subscription from your dashboard, which preserves the remaining time; lifetime and expired licenses cannot be paused.
The software checks your entitlement at sign-in and while running. If it finds no active license, for example because the term has ended, the subscription is paused, or the license was revoked, it will refuse to run and may remove itself from your device as described below.
Hardware activation and validation
To enforce a single-machine limit and prevent unauthorised sharing, the software binds to one device the first time you sign in. It derives a hardware fingerprint of that device, stores only a one-way hash of it, and locks your license to that machine. Signing in on any other machine will be refused. If you legitimately need to move to a different PC, for example dead hardware or a new build, contact support to unlock it.
The software requires an active internet connection and performs online validation, at launch and periodically while running, to verify that your license is active and in good standing. Blocking, delaying, or interfering with this validation is a breach of this EULA and may cause the software to cease functioning.
License keys or accounts detected in use on more than one machine, shared publicly, or used by more than one person will be permanently revoked without refund.
Software integrity, anti-tamper, and self-removal
The software contains integrity, anti-tamper, and license-enforcement measures that are a material part of what you are licensed to use. These measures verify that the software has not been modified, that it is running in an authorised environment, and that it is being used under a valid license on the machine it is bound to.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that, when the software detects tampering, reverse engineering, debugging or instrumentation, an invalid, expired, or revoked license, use on unauthorised hardware, or an unauthorised, virtualised, or otherwise disallowed environment, it may, without further notice, cease to operate and automatically remove itself and its own components, configuration, and locally stored credentials from your device.
This self-removal is deliberate, disclosed, and limited: it acts only on the software's own files and data and on the credentials it stored, and it does not target, read, or delete your unrelated files. It is a security and license-enforcement measure, not a defect, and its operation is never grounds for a refund.
You consent to this behaviour as a condition of the license, you agree not to attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with it, and you accept sole responsibility for maintaining your own backups. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MudCrab Labs is not liable for any loss you attribute to these measures operating as described.
You operate the software at your own risk
The software is a tool that you operate under your own direction and control. MudCrab Labs does not operate it for you, supervise your use, or take any part in the choices you make with it.
You assume all risk arising from your use of the software, including the risk of detection, bans, loss of items or accounts, and legal or other consequences imposed by any game, platform, or third party. These consequences are your responsibility alone. This section is reinforced by, and to be read together with, our Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk.
Updates and support
License holders are entitled to software updates released during the active period of their license. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the software at any time.
We make no commitment to release updates that restore or maintain compatibility with any specific game, anti-cheat system, or operating system version. Discontinuation of compatibility with a third-party system is not a defect and is not grounds for a refund.
Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. MudCrab Labs retains all right, title, and interest in and to the software, including all source code, algorithms, interfaces, visual design, documentation, and associated intellectual property rights worldwide. This EULA grants you no ownership rights whatsoever.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. MUDCRAB LABS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, operate without interruption, be secure, or produce any specific technical result, including compatibility with, or non-detection by, any anti-cheat system, game, or platform.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MudCrab Labs shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from your use of the software, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, and including any ban, suspension, or loss of items or accounts imposed by a third party. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the license.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically, without notice, if you breach any of its terms. MudCrab Labs may also terminate this EULA at any time, for any reason, by disabling your license key.
Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the software and delete all copies in your possession or control. Termination due to a breach does not entitle you to a refund.
Governing law
This EULA is governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising under this EULA shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute-resolution provisions of our Terms of Service.
